1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Qorlivo ("Service", "we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the Service.
2. Description of Service
Qorlivo is a URL shortening platform that allows you to shorten long URLs, track click analytics, use custom domains, and integrate with our REST API. The Service is available on a free tier and paid subscription plans.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.
4. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API keys. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@qorlivo.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
You may not share your account with others or use another person's account without permission. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to shorten URLs, host videos, or otherwise distribute content that:
- Constitutes spam, phishing, or malware distribution
- Is illegal in your jurisdiction or ours
- Constitutes hate speech, harassment, or threats against individuals or groups
- Infringes any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property right
- Distributes malicious code, exploits, or deceptive content
- Impersonates any person, entity, or Qorlivo itself
- Is sexually explicit, pornographic, or depicts minors in a sexual context (including any child sexual abuse material — CSAM)
- Depicts graphic violence, gore, or content glorifying self-harm
We may remove content and suspend or terminate links, API keys, or accounts that violate these rules without prior notice. We cooperate fully with law enforcement regarding illegal content, including mandatory reporting of CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).
6. API Keys & Rate Limits
API keys are tied to your account and subject to rate limits based on your plan. You may not share, sell, or transfer API keys to third parties. We reserve the right to revoke API keys that are misused or violate these Terms.
Automated abuse, credential stuffing, or attempts to circumvent rate limits are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account suspension.
7. Custom Domains
By adding a custom domain to Qorlivo, you represent that you own or have the right to use that domain. You remain solely responsible for the domain and any content it serves. Qorlivo is not liable for domain expiration or DNS misconfiguration.
8. Payments & Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis via Stripe. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. Subscription renewals occur automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
9. Click Analytics & Data
The Service collects anonymous click data — including referrer, device type, browser, and approximate geographic location — to provide analytics to link owners. We do not collect personally identifiable information about link visitors beyond what is described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Intellectual Property
Qorlivo and its logos, trademarks, and software are the exclusive property of Qorlivo. Nothing in these Terms grants you a right to use our trademarks or branding without prior written permission.
You retain full ownership of any URLs, domains, and content you submit. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process and display your content solely to provide the Service.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or harmful components.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qorlivo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
13. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from the dashboard. We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your shortened links may cease to function.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
15. DMCA & Copyright
Qorlivo respects intellectual property rights and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512). We respond promptly to valid notices of alleged copyright infringement.

Filing a DMCA Notice
To report alleged copyright infringement, send a written notice to our designated agent that includes: (1) identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed; (2) identification of the infringing material and its location on our Service; (3) your contact information; (4) a statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized; (5) a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf; and (6) your physical or electronic signature.
Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notification with our designated agent containing: (1) identification of the removed content; (2) a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed by mistake; (3) your name, address, telephone number, and email address; and (4) consent to jurisdiction of the federal court in your district. We will reinstate removed content 10–14 business days after receiving a valid counter-notification unless the rights holder seeks a court order.
Repeat Infringer Policy
We will terminate accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
