1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They help the site remember your preferences, understand how you use the service, and (where you have consented) measure advertising. This policy also covers similar technologies: browser storage, tracking pixels, and advertising events we send from our servers.
2. Cookie categories we use
We group the cookies on Qorlivo into three categories:

3. Managing your preferences
Advertising is off until you choose otherwise. On qorlivo.com marketing pages, a banner asks whether to allow advertising cookies, with Decline and Accept given the same weight. Qorlivo works the same if you decline, and creator pages and short links never ask. You can change your mind at any time:
- Signed-in users: Go to Settings → Preferences and turn “Allow ad measurement” on or off. It is off for new accounts. The dashboard and server events always follow this setting, and once you have saved it, it also decides for qorlivo.com while you are signed in, instead of the banner.
- Visitors:Use “Cookie preferences” in the footer, or the button below, to reset your choice and see the banner again. Your choice is stored in this browser only.
If your browser sends a Do Not Track signal, the Meta Pixel does not load on qorlivo.com or in the dashboard, whatever your stored choice. Server events (section 4) follow your account setting only.
Turning advertising off stops new events from that point on. It does not delete data Meta already received.
4. Server-side advertising events
Besides the Pixel, our servers can send Meta two events through the Meta Conversions API: when you finish onboarding after signing up, and when a paid subscription starts. They are sent only if your account’s “Allow ad measurement” setting is on when the event is sent, and the banner choice in your browser does not change this. Each event contains a hashed copy of your email address and of your Qorlivo account ID, the event name and time, and for subscriptions the plan price and currency. No cookies are involved.
5. Third-party cookies
The Meta Pixel (placed only with your consent) may set cookies from Facebook’s domain and sends Meta your IP address and browser details along with the page or event. These are governed by Meta’s Privacy Policy. Stripe may set cookies on its checkout pages, and Cloudflare Turnstile checks your browser for bots on the free link shortener and the contact form. We do not place any other third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
6. Changes to this policy
We may update this Cookie Policy to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. We will post the revised policy on this page with an updated effective date.
